Standard Terms & Conditions Bugaboo – Butterfly 2 Plus
(the Promotion)
These Terms and Conditions include terms that limit the Promoter’s liability to you, entitle the Promoter to use your name, likeness and voice in connection with this Promotion and permit the Promoter to disclose your personal information to third parties (in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://www.kimberly-clark.com/en-au/privacy). You will need to accept these Terms and Conditions to participate in the Promotion.
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
- The Promoter is Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Limited (ABN 65 000 032 333) in Australia, 100 Arthur St, North Sydney NSW 2060, phone number (02) 9963 8888.
- Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years of age and over who are members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum to Be Club (Huggies® Club Members). To become a Huggies® Club Member, you can join online at www.huggies.com.au. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Limit applies on entry per Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum to Be Club (Huggies® Club Members).
- To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit https://www.huggies.com.au/promotions (Promotion Website);
(b) fully complete the online entry form including: full name, address, email address, your child’s birth/due date;
(c) agree to the conditions of entry, and to receive communications from the Promoter;
(d) click “Join now” or “register” or otherwise click to submit your Entry,
such steps constituting an Entry.
- The Promotion commences at 00.01am AEST on 01/09/2026 and closes at 23.59pm AEST on 30/09/2026 (Promotional Period).
- There will be one (1) draw conducted for this Promotion. This will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 07/10/2026 at Redant PO Box 250, Vaucluse, Sydney NSW 2030 Australia. The winner will be notified in writing by email within five (5) business days of the Draw, and their name will also be published on the Promotion Website.
- The first valid Entry drawn electronically at random will win a Bugaboo Butterfly 2 Plus ($829).
- The total Prize pool value is AU $829 RRP. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The value of the Prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion Period and based upon the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
- The Prize (including any unused portion of the Prize) cannot be transferred, exchanged, replaced, or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize (or a part of the Prize) with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable).
- Winners should allow 28 days for prize delivery. Prizes will be sent by the most suitable method of delivery for the prize. The Promoter will notify the winner how they will receive their prize. If for any reason a winner does not take or accept the Prize (or an element of a Prize) by the time and in the manner stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
- If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 14/10/2026 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the second chance draw. The name of the winner (and address in SA, if any) will be published on the Promotion Website.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the Promotion, including in the event of a dispute.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost or misdirected Entries.
- Any Entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will be void.
- If for any reason this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: (a) modify suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate; (b) disqualify any entrant.
- The Promoter has no control over Internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of entering and participating in the Promotion. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
- Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in Australia or New Zealand (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; © any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of a Prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion). Verification is at the reasonable discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has provided false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter may in its reasonable discretion elect not to award a prize where it suspects that a person is not the original entrant. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.
- Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy online at https://www.kimberly-clark.com/en-au/privacy or by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9963 8888 (in Australia) or (09) 250 2500 (in New Zealand) during office hours.
- Any dispute relating to this Promotion must, prior to a person initiating litigation, be dealt with as follows. The affected person (“complainant”) will notify the Promoter of the details of the dispute in writing and within 14 days of receiving this notice, the complainant and a Promoter representative will meet by videoconference to attempt to resolve the dispute. If unresolved within 30 days after that meeting, the dispute will be escalated to a more senior Promoter manager not directly involved in the Promotion, who will investigate the dispute and meet by videoconference with the complainant to further attempt to resolve the dispute. If still unresolved within a further 14 days of being escalated, then the senior Promoter manager will make a final and binding decision subject to any legal proceedings initiated by the complainant.
